and our mission
Diversity provides different points of view for us to consider and helps bring out our best ideas. A diverse team performs better than one composed entirely of similar people. We focus on doing things differently to create a culture that values inclusion and equity so everyone feels appreciated, valued, and respected across every level of our company.
We’re a remote team from all over the world, and we celebrate the diversity we each bring to our business. We’ve also found that our products, services, and customers thrive best when we lean into these differences and learn from each other.

We ensure all content is representative of our company culture, including internal and external communications, emails, blogs, social media posts, and more.

We are dedicated to providing education resources, tools, and other helpful information to support underserved and minority business owners.
Self Care
We all share a company-wide promise and commitment with our community, our team, and ourselves to considently do the work needed to effect change.
Practice
We set goals and put policies in place to empower all five pillars and continue our mission to be the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace possible.
What We Do
We actively seek out opportunities for inclusion and service. For example, one way we effect change is by partnering with organizations committed to helping underrepresented communities. You can read more about some of these groups below.
