More Banking Options for What’s Next

What the ZenBusiness Banking transition means for customers, and a step-by-step plan for the transition.

Small businesses need financial tools that can grow alongside them. After identifying banking options with broad capabilities, benefits and support for growing businesses, ZenBusiness is transitioning away from ZenBusiness Banking.

Key dates

  • Now through November 29, 2026: Open your new account and start moving recurring payments.
  • November 3, 2026: Deposits stop for all accounts. Anything sent to your ZenBusiness Banking account after this date will be rejected or returned to the sender.
  • November 30, 2026: Accounts close. Move your balance out before this date.

Your transition checklist

  1. Open a new business bank account. If you’d like a shortcut, we can introduce you to a partner bank. If you already have a bank you like, use it.
  2. Make a list of everything connected to your current account. Payroll, client payments and invoicing, payment processors, subscriptions, loan payments, tax payments, autopay on utilities and software.
  3. Update each one with your new account details. Start with incoming money (payroll, client payments, processor payouts) so it lands in the right place by November 3.
  4. Move your remaining balance. We’re waiving ZenBusiness Banking wire transfer fees during the transition, so this won’t cost you anything.
  5. Download your statements. Save your statements and transaction history before November 30 for your bookkeeper and tax records.
  6. Confirm your balance is zero before your closure date.
