When evaluating online business service providers, we look at independent platforms like Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau, since they provide a more neutral view of customer experiences. With that in mind, we reviewed feedback on those sites for MyCompanyWorks and Bizee.
As of September 2025, Bizee has a strong presence on Trustpilot, holding an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars from more than 22,300 reviews. Many customers praise how easy the platform is to use and navigate. Still, there are some drawbacks. Bizee is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and its BBB profile currently has an F rating due to unanswered and unresolved complaints. Some reviewers also mention filing mistakes or unsatisfactory customer service interactions. If you’re seeking a brand with strong BBB ratings, you won’t find it with Bizee.
By comparison, MyCompanyWorks has very little representation on Trustpilot or the BBB — only about five reviews total on those sites, most of which are one-star. MyCompanyWorks offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, but refunds only apply to the first month of recurring services and exclude state fees or third-party costs. Cancellations may also come with processing fees of between $25 and $75 depending on how far along your order is, and once documents are filed with the state, refunds aren’t available.
