Need to Resign your Wyoming Registered Agent?

But if you’d rather leave your successor up to the LLC, complete this form with the following information:

  • Whether the resignation affects all entities you represent or just select ones (if the latter, attach a list of the affected entities)
  • Your name
  • The date you sent a notification to the LLC (must be at least 30 days prior)
  • Date
  • Your signature
  • Your name and title
  • A contact person’s name, daytime phone number, and email address

Neither form has a filing fee, so stash your checkbook for now. Make sure you’ve attached the appropriate forms and the resignation to:
