By law (15 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 109(a) and 8825(a), (c)), a Pennsylvania LLC must:
- continuously maintain a registered office (a real street address, not a P.O. box) in Pennsylvania; or
- designate a commercial registered office provider and county for the venue.
