In Delaware, there aren’t many complicated requirements for registered agent eligibility. Any individual or business entity authorized to conduct business in the state can serve as your company’s registered agent. They must have a permanent address in Delaware, and Delaware is a bit unusual in that the state allows businesses to serve as their own registered agent if they wish. Most states require their businesses to have a separate individual or business serve as their agent.
